Brian McFadden celebrated his 30th birthday dressed as Buddy Holly. The former Westlife star threw a B-themed fancy dress party in Sydney, Australia, where he now lives with fiancée Delta Goodrem. The former “Neighbours” actress donned a sexy Band Leader Barbie outfit that consisted of a black and pink dress and matching hat, a blonde wig, pink knee-length socks and a pair of clear-heeled shoes. Other costumes at the party included Boy George, Bob the Builder, David Bowie and Batman.
Rumours have circulated recently that the couple were living apart and may be about to split. However they seemed closer than ever at the party, which was decorated with photos from different periods in the singer’s life. His birthday cake even featured a picture of himself during his time with Westlife. McFadden has a new single, “Just Say So,” that has hit the number one spot on the Australian iTunes chart. It’s the first single from his new electropop album, “Wall of Soundz,” which is due out on 23rd April. The “Australia’s Got Talent” judge also had time for some kind words regarding fellow member of the judging panel Dannii Minogue. “She has this sneaky wit,” he told the Sun, “I love that about her. She’s really grown on me. She’s great. Dannii’s not soft at all. People would expect her to be mum-like, but she’s pretty hard. When we met she looked into my eyes and said, ‘I’m trying to see what Delta sees in you.’”
