In the UK there are many destinations for a stag weekend, but Blackpool remains one of the best. It is generally accepted as being the original destination for stag parties in the country and the seaside town has many attractions that still rate it highly for that last weekend of freedom.
Though there are plenty of clubs, bars and restaurants, it also is not far away from the Lake District, which offers a good range of outdoor activates to suit every taste. If that is not enough to persuade you, then bear in mind that it has over seventy roller coasters’s on its Pleasure Beach.
Blackpool is always popular and normally all its bars and clubs are full of people, which simply adds to that party buzz. If you are looking for something a little different, then Blackpool does have a good range of casinos, all offering the chance of trying your luck at blackjack or roulette, as well as giving you the opportunity to do something you probably would not normally do.
Though Blackpool does have a certain tackiness to it, with its “kiss me quick” hats and cheesy cabaret acts, these do give the place a certain charm and character that is arguably unique among stag weekend destinations. It is hard to imagine something like that in London, for example or anywhere else in the UK for that matter.
Having said that, many places have tried to copy Blackpool, but none can say they match the original.
