The Chesford Grange Hotel, which dates back to 1902, is part of the QHotels Group. It stands in 17 acres of landscaped grounds on the edge of the River Avon and is situated between Warwick and Kenilworth, close to Stratford upon Avon.
Recently refurbished, its 209 rooms have a contemporary design and all offer satellite TV, 24-hour room service and wireless Internet access. The Deluxe rooms and suites each have a fridge and air conditioning. For couples planning their wedding, there are event co-ordinators on hand who can help to arrange every detail of the celebrations, while an Operations Manager will be in attendance, on the day, to ensure smooth running. The hotel can accommodate functions for up to 400 guests.
Wedding packages are available to make planning easier and include details such as complimentary menu tasting, Master of Ceremonies and reduced accommodation rates for wedding guests. The bride and groom have complimentary accommodation for the wedding night.
The award winning River Room restaurant overlooks the gardens and its staff can assist with creating bespoke menus for wedding breakfasts and evening reception buffets. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for. Other details, such as floral arrangements, entertainment and photographers can be arranged by the wedding co-ordinator, who can also provide a directory of local suppliers if required.
