Set in open countryside with views across the Lancashire moors, Clough Manor is close to the village of Saddleworth. It offers 25 rooms ranging from single to the bridal suite. Some of the rooms have moorland views, while others have private patios and all a decorated in a contemporary European design.
An award-winning chef who uses local produce to create menus to suit all dietary requirements and which is updated seasonally runs the restaurant. A choice of menus is available for functions and menu tasting days take place regularly for those planning a wedding.
There is a choice of two function rooms available and the ceremony can be held in either the Atrium, which has a vaulted skylight ceiling and seats up to 30 people or the Friarmere Room, which can seat up to 150. Evening receptions, for up to 200 people, can be catered for and the newly renovated Function Suite has a dance floor that will be lit to your own specific taste.
The hotel is able to arrange many aspects of a wedding and items in the package include cake stand and engraved knife, toastmaster and accommodation for the bride and groom on their wedding night. For those planning a winter wedding, there are specially tailored packages available.
Clough Manor is also able to arrange various modes of transport for the happy couple, ranging from the traditional horse drawn carriage to a Ferrari or even a helicopter.
