Just outside Pontypridd, at the bottom of this steep, narrow valley, now decorated with woodlands and wild, picturesque hillsides you will find the Heritage Park Hotel. This modern, fully-equipped hotel is situated opposite the Heritage Park in the historic Rhondda valley, once the coal hub of the world but now returned to its natural splendour and beauty.
The Heritage Park Hotel is completely licensed to conduct matrimonial and civil partnership ceremonies and have facilities to cater for small parties of up to 40 guests in the conservatory or Lewis Suite. However should you have a larger party up to 160 can be accommodated in the Rhondda Suite. Provision can be made for private bars and a dance floor and a number of delicious wedding menus have been created to make the wedding meal a treat.
The hotel boasts 44 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a number of larger family rooms as well. The hotel also has its own leisure club, featuring an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna that guests can make use of during their stay. For weekend guests there is plenty to do with Cardiff nearby and the beauty of the Rhondda countryside to visit.
The Heritage Park Hotel is simple to reach and is on the other side of Pontypridd, just off the A470, fifteen minutes from the M4 motorway and only twenty minutes from Cardiff. The South Wales railway lines link London, Paddington and the Midlands, while the valley’s line links Cardiff and from there you can easily reach Pontypridd/ Trehafod station.
