Part of the Best Western hotel group, the three-star Orton Hall Hotel is situated in the village of Orton Longueville. It dates back to the seventeenth century and stands in 20 acres of parkland. It has 72 rooms all equipped with televisions and guests can make use of the 24-hour room service. Guests also have access to the on-site leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool, sauna and fitness suite.
The Huntly restaurant has been awarded an AA rosette and for those planning a wedding there is a range of traditional dishes to choose from, along with several buffet options for an evening reception. There are vegetarian options and the hotel can cater for special dietary requirements.
Couples can choose from one of four rooms for their wedding ceremony depending on the size of the party. The hotel can host ceremonies and wedding breakfasts for up to 130 guests and evening receptions for up to 150 people. Minimum guest numbers may apply at certain times of the year.
The package includes items such as the function room hire, use of table linen, the services of a Master of Ceremonies and wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom. There are several drinks packages available to cover arrival drinks, wine with the meal and a drink for the toast and the picturesque grounds make an excellent backdrop for the wedding photographs.
