This four star 19th century hotel is situated close to Richmond Park, the Royal Botanic Gardens and Twickenham Stadium and offers 60 individually designed rooms, all with flat screen TVs and satellite or cable television along with wireless internet access. There are rooms designed especially for the mobility impaired and several rooms have bathrooms made using Italian marble. The river view rooms have private balconies and bay windows to maximise the beautiful views.

The River Room has excellent views across the River Thames and is licensed for ceremonies of up to 40 guests. There is a choice of rooms for the wedding breakfast; these can hold up to 70 people. There are a wide range of menus available for both wedding breakfasts and evening receptions, and the hotel sommelier can recommend wines to complement the food, though a complete list of wines is also available on request.
