The Regency Park Hotel is situated in Newbury and is part of the Pedersen Hotels Group. An AA four star hotel, it offers 109 rooms, all with satellite TV, wireless broadband access and 24 hour room service. Guests have access to the on site leisure facilities which include a swimming pool, fitness suite, sauna and treatment rooms for a range of holistic and beauty therapies.
The award winning Watermark restaurant offers a range of menu choices for those planning a wedding breakfast or buffet. Separate children’s menus are available and couples can attend a complimentary menu tasting prior to the day.
Ceremonies for up to 100 guests can be held in the Paris Suite where the aisle can be scattered with rose petals if required. The Paris Suite is also available for a seated wedding breakfast for up to 70 people and an evening reception of 150. The Parkland suite can accommodate 140 for the wedding breakfast and 200 for the evening reception. Seated receptions can also be held in the restaurant for 100 people. Evening entertainment can be provided by the resident DJ if required.
The hotel has a wedding planner who can assist with organising many aspects of the day. Included in the hotel’s wedding package is a red carpet welcome, floral arrangements for the tables, personalised place cards and menus, wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom and reduced accommodation rates for guests.
