The Ringwood Hall Hotel is an AA three star hotel set in 29 acres of gardens close to the centre of Chesterfield. It offers 70 traditional style rooms, all en-suite with TV and wireless broadband, feature rooms which have four poster beds and also some self-catering facilities.
Wedding ceremonies can be held at the hotel and can accommodate up to 250 people. There is a choice of seven function rooms for the ceremony and a variety of options for the wedding breakfast and evening receptions. There is a wide range of dishes available for a seated wedding breakfast or alternatively, couples may choose to have a hot carvery, a buffet, a hog roast or a barbecue. Menu tasting prior to the day may be a possibility for some dishes.
When minimum numbers of guests are invited, certain items are automatically included in the reception, such as a red carpet, Master of Ceremonies, personalised menus and place cards, some of the floral arrangements for the tables and wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom. Guests can also take advantage of reduced accommodation rates. Staff can also advise on wedding stationery, flowers, and decorations for the reception and wedding cakes.
The Ringwood Hall Hotel endeavours to make each reception unique and can cater for themed weddings, or add individual touches such as a chocolate fountain, ice sculpture, the releasing of white doves and arrivals or departures by helicopter or horse-drawn carriage. The hotel has a resident DJ or can arrange live music for entertainment.
