Singer Amy Winehouse spent the night of 8th April in a London hospital after being rushed there for agonising pain from her boob implants. On 11th April she was still waiting to hear the results of tests and whether or not she would need corrective surgery, including removal of the implants. The 26-year-old “Rehab” singer apparently spent more than £35,000 on them from a top private surgeon, which seems like a sufficient amount to secure a pain-free pair. In November doctors had previously treated the singer for complications relating to her implants.
Amy’s father Mitch Winehouse visited her in hospital. He reportedly had encouraged her to get the implants, in the hope that it would make her happy. Prior to this incident, the troubled singer’s health had seemed to improve and she had been spotted around town showing off her new curves in low-cut tops and vests. She also recently bought a home in Camden, North London and there was talk of her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil moving into the new home with her, but a source recently told dailymail.co.uk that that wasn’t going to happen. “It looks like the end of the road for Amy and Blake. She has told him she has fallen out of love with him,” the source said, adding, “She is waiting to move into her new house and she has made it clear Blake will not be moving in with her.” Winehouse and Fielder-Civil were married in 2007 and divorced in 2009. They have been on-again, off-again since just after the divorce, and there were rumours that the two would remarry, probably not a good idea.
