Buckland Tout-Saints is a manor house dating back to the sixteenth century set in four and a half acres of landscaped gardens close to the town of Salcombe. This three-star hotel offers 16 rooms. Some rooms have four-poster beds and all have views of the gardens or the countryside.
The restaurant has been awarded two AA rosettes and its menu has been created from dishes that use local, seasonal produce. For those planning a wedding there is a wide choice of dishes so couples can create a menu to suit individual tastes. A children’s menu can be provided and the hotel can cater for specific dietary requirements.
The hotel can host a wedding ceremony for up to 100 guests; wedding breakfasts for up to 140 people can be accommodated and evening receptions for 200 people are possible. There are several function rooms to suit various sizes of wedding party. Exclusive use of the hotel is available and there are discounts for weddings held from Monday to Thursday.
Buckland Tout-Saints has a wedding co-ordinator to assist with arranging the details of the day. A directory of recommended external wedding services is available if required and staff are able to assist in organising details such as entertainment for the evening reception. Included as part of the hotel’s wedding package are the champagne toast, printed menus, table plan and hand-written place cards and gratis wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom. For an added touch of glamour, the hotel has landing facilities for a helicopter.
