The Cambridge Garden House Hotel is part of the Hilton Hotels group and is situated on the River Cam in the heart of Cambridge. It offers 122 rooms, which range from standard doubles to suites and all are equipped with wireless internet access and flat screen TVs. Suites have their own private balconies and there are facilities for the mobility impaired. Guests have access to the on-site leisure facilities, which include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a range of holistic and beauty therapies.
The Riverside Brassiere has a varied menu and for those planning a wedding there is a range of traditional dishes to choose from; there are also several options available for an evening buffet.
The hotel has a wedding co-ordinator to assist with organisation and the hotel has three suites to choose from for the ceremony depending on the size of the gathering. Up to 150 people can be accommodated for the wedding breakfast and up to 190 for an evening reception. Minimum numbers may apply on certain days.
There are three wedding packages to choose from and these can include features such as the services of a toastmaster; a red carpet welcome; wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom; table linen; a punt on the river for the happy couple; personalised menu cards and table plans and reduced accommodation rates for guests. The hotel can provide a list of recommended external wedding services if required.
