Fawsley Hall dates back to the fifteenth century and during Tudor times it often played host to Queen Elizabeth I. Now a four star establishment, the hotel offers 58 rooms. Many of the rooms still have period features and the rooms range from club rooms to suites. Guests have access to the award winning Grayshott Spa in the grounds of the hotel where facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, gym and a variety of holistic and beauty therapies.
The Equilibrium restaurant has been awarded three AA rosettes and has a seasonally changing simple menu. For weddings and other events there are a variety of dishes available to choose from when selecting the menu. Prior to the day, couples are invited to a menu tasting and the hotel can cater for special dietary requirements.
For those planning a wedding, the hotel can host a ceremony and wedding breakfast for a maximum of 120 guests. Evening receptions can be arranged for up to 150 people and there are a variety of function rooms available if a smaller celebration is required.
Exclusive use of the hotel is available and there is a wedding co-ordinator to assist with all the details of the day. A directory of recommended external wedding services is available if required. If not taken on an exclusive use basis, a number of rooms can be made available for guests at a reduced rate and weddings, at certain times of the year or on certain days, will be eligible for discounts.
