The Highcliff Marriott Hotel is situated close to the beach in Bournemouth, Dorset. This is a four star hotel, which boasts 160 air conditioned rooms, all of which have LCD TV, freeview channels, Internet access and 24 hour room service. It also has a concierge desk. The rooms range from standard doubles to the 22 suites. Guests have access to the hotel’s leisure club, which offers an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness suite and a range of spa treatments.
The restaurant benefits from sea views and has been awarded an AA rosette for the quality of its food and service. Specialities include seafood dishes and there is a wide choice of dishes from the wedding breakfast menu or for an evening buffet. Children’s menus are also available.
The Highcliff’s wedding co-ordinating team are highly trained and certified wedding planners are on hand to assist you with arranging ceremonies for up to 250 guests and evening receptions for up to 500. Alfresco weddings are now a possibility, assuming the ceremony is to be held during the summer, as the hotel has a wedding gazebo in the gardens.
Typical wedding packages include items such as a red carpet welcome, a Master of Ceremonies to guide the celebrations, table linen, special accommodation rates for guests, wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom and personalised menus and place cards. A range of drinks options is available as a separate package.
