A hen party is either a very special day or night during which a party is hosted in honour of the bride-to-be. These girls-only parties are arranged with specifically the bride in mind who is soon going tie the knot. The tradition of hen parties originates from the Middle East where they are called “Henna Nights.” Various countries refer differently to this normally night party. In the UK and some other countries, it is referred to as a “Hen Night.”
A hen night is a celebration for the bride-to-be to calm and relax her thoroughly before she takes the big step into married life. Hen parties, in general, are becoming increasingly popular as well as the demand for party locations, costumes, and accessories. Traditionally, hen parties are comprised mainly of a night-out dinner for the bride-to-be and all her closest friends. However, now the party demands involve a lot more than merely a dinner.
