Kos is only a small island measuring 40km x 8km with a population of just over 30,000. However, it is filled with a range of action-packed bars and night clubs, making it one of the most popular destinations for teenage holidays.

Although hotels will also be available, self catering apartments and villas will prove to be far more budget friendly, and are ideally suited to younger travellers who want to be close to the night life action.
Kos offers a range of traditional restaurants to choose from that will serve the best of Greek cuisine, but for more standard food many of the resorts will have fish and chip shops and cafes serving English breakfasts.
