The Manor is a 250 year old former rectory situated in the historic market town of Cheadle on the edge of the Peak District. Its 13 rooms are all en-suite, with TV and radio and a suite of rooms is available for families.
Couples planning their wedding will have the personal attention of the hotel’s owners and an experienced events team. The Manor Cheadle can host weddings of up to 100 people for both the ceremony and the wedding breakfast. For an evening reception, a guest list of 120 will guarantee exclusive use of the facilities.
As part of the wedding package staff will roll out a red carpet and the four poster room will be reserved for the use of the bride and groom on their wedding night. The four poster room is separate from other guest accommodation as it is the only room in the main house used for guests.
Couples will meet regularly with the planners, who can arrange a toastmaster, music for the ceremony, chair covers and table decorations amongst other things. Entertainment for the evening reception can also be arranged, though the Manor has its own in-house disco and DJ. There are several wedding packages to choose from and the planners will look carefully at your requirements to help decide on the right one for you.
The walled gardens are perfect for wedding photographs and the restaurant can provide a variety of dishes to suit all tastes and dietary requirements, making good use of local produce.
