Situated in the centre of the city of Hull, the Village Hotel offers 116 rooms. The rooms range from standard single to double and all are equipped with flat screen TVs with satellite channels and wireless broadband. Guests can take advantage of the on-site leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool and various holistic and beauty treatments.
The menu at the Verve Grill comprises of seasonal dishes created from fresh local ingredients where possible. Menu choices for wedding breakfasts and other events are mainly traditional dishes that will suit a wide range of tastes and there is a large selection of evening buffet options. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and a children’s menu is also provided.
The hotel has a wedding and events team that can assist with organising all the details of the day and celebrations can take place for up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and 200 people for an evening reception. The Inspiration Suite has a private bar and is situated on the first floor of the hotel.
There are several packages available for those planning a wedding and they include items such as a red carpet welcome; floral arrangements for the ceremony room; a three-course wedding breakfast and drinks; table linen; evening buffet; wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom and reduced accommodation rates for guests. Some packages may only be valid on certain days and will require minimum guest numbers.
