Isle of Wight
The Ventnor Towers Hotel was built in 1872 on a cliff on the southern side of the Isle of Wight. It has excellent views of the English Channel and is set in four acres of landscaped grounds. All the rooms are individually styled and most of them have sea views. All are equipped with a TV and there are some period features. Leisure facilities on site include a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool in the summer months.
The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes to choose from created from locally sourced ingredients and the menu is updated on a daily basis. There is a selection of menus for a formal wedding breakfast, barbecue or buffet.
The hotel is able to accommodate up to 100 people for a wedding breakfast and there are two function rooms to choose from which can be combined to create a larger room. There are several drinks packages to cover arrival drinks, wine with the meal and a drink for the toast. A range of entertainment can be organised for the evening reception from a DJ to magician or casino.
Guests are able to take advantage of special accommodation rates and the hotel can organise the hire of a vintage car. For a touch of glamour the hotel has a helicopter landing area for arrivals and departures with a difference.
