It is not just tradition that dictates that you have to have a stag party before you get married; it is something that is in the blood. Though you may feel that you no longer need to go wild with friends in a alcohol crazed frenzy and that you are moving into a new phase of your life, there can be no doubt that a ‘last night of freedom’ stag party is probably one of the best male bonding experiences there is. A stag party of some kind will let you be a lad for one last time.
It also gives an opportunity for your friends to shake your hand and buy you a beer. Good stag parties are ones that you will always remember or at the very least remember elements of them. Arguably, the best stag parties are the ones you cannot remember!
Once you are married your life is going to change. This is not a bad thing and is natural and necessary for you to grow as a person with your new bride. There will be times, however, when you look back and reminisce about the times you and your friends had in your younger days. This is why you need a stag party so that when you look back, you will have a bridge from your old life to your new life.
